Ms. Settle contributes a wide range of organizational and management skills from her extensive background assisting in legal, developer and business owner platforms which included land use law, development permitting and planning, commercial property management and business office management. 

For more than eight years Ms. Settle worked at MMA Financial in various capacities and gained invaluable experience working with the Chief Underwriter and staff, and participating in the Fannie Mae loan delivery process.  Most recently, Ms. Settle was responsible for preparation of legal documents for the Supplemental Loan program and assisting with the preparation of Debt Applications and Loan Commitments.
