Ms. Carroll has more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience. She began her career with MMA Financial, fka Midland Mortgage Investment Corporation, as a Loan Closing Coordinator. Ms. Carroll was responsbile for processing monthly construction draws, preparing loan documents for investors and coordinating wire transfers.
During her tenure with MMA, Ms. Carroll also served as Loan Administration Department Manager and Closing Support Manager where she developed and implemented loan closing policies, procedures and processing manuals, as well as meeting daily deadlines for processing millions of dollars in construction loans.
