Commercial Real Estate & Renewable Energy FinanceChurchill provided construction, permanent and tax credit equity financing for solar installations at The Diocese of San Jose in various locations throughout San Jose, Campbell and Palo Alto, California.
Churchill provided $6,100,000 in construction
financing for solar panel arrays on five grade schools and a cemetery. This installation included both roof mount and ground mount panels and has the capacity to generate a
total of 890.400 kilowatt hours to reduce the Diocese's energy costs and impact on the environment.
In addition to construction financing, Churchill arranged conventional
financing and renewable energy tax credits as the exit strategy to the
construction financing. This financing
program offers reduced utility costs by purchasing electricity generated by the
renewable solar energy system.
