Mr. Sanderson manages all day-to-day operations, including asset management of Churchill's portfolio, planning and development for Marketing, Finance & Accounting and Technology.

Mr. Sanderson worked at MMA Financial for over 3 years where he served in various roles including Senior Investment Analyst and Assistant Department Manager of the Production Development Department.   Mr. Sanderson collaborated closely with production officers and developers to structure deals from application to final commitments. Each year, this department reviewed in excess of two billion dollars of construction and permanent loans with approximately one billion dollars ultimately going under application and on to underwriting.

Prior to MMA, Mr. Sanderson worked as a Real Estate Investigator for Marshall, LeValley, & Napolitano, P.A.  Mr. Sanderson graduated from the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
